但还有一个问题是，这个blind想要说的是：【当视觉评分是20/500时，这个水平对于一个成年人是相当于blind水平的】。但是看原句，which出现的位置早于20/500这个数字出现，也就是说：【在还没有说明这个视觉是什么水平的时候，先说是blind】。这其实是表意不明的，也是不符合作者逻辑的啊。~

我觉得这道题E有两个问题。

As a baby emerges from the darknessof the womb, its rudimentary sense of vision, which would deemed legally blind for an adult, would be rated about 20/500.

首先抓抓提到过不能是sense of vision被deem成legally blind，所以这个对象错误。

但还有一个问题是，这个blind想要说的是：【当视觉评分是20/500时，这个水平对于一个成年人是相当于blind水平的】。但是看原句，which出现的位置早于20/500这个数字出现，也就是说：【在还没有说明这个视觉是什么水平的时候，先说是blind】。这其实是表意不明的，也是不符合作者逻辑的啊。~

见Manhattan SC p.234 "Modifier: Exceptions to the Touch Rule"  这一节我觉得非常经典啊！仔细阅读体会后就能明白了。还是那句话，句意为先，正因为有EXCEPTIONS，所以套结构需谨慎。

你看到的
当在前有“核心词+介词、分词等修饰结构”或者插入语的情况下，which跳跃修饰前面的核心词，不能修饰紧邻的名词。
我觉得就是Manhattan说的第一种情况：A "mission-critical"modifier falls between.

请问抓抓大N 我在论坛一个总结which that跳跃修饰的word 文档看到    
当在前有“核心词+介词、分词等修饰结构”或者插入语的情况下，which跳跃修饰前面的核心词，不能修饰紧邻的名词。

此处是不是由于 its redimentary sense of vision 不是介词 分词修饰结构所以不能这样跳跃修饰??

which引导的修饰语作为noun modifier在这里只能就近修饰vision，但是这样会导致句意不符合逻辑。不能说视力sense of vision是blind的，只能说baby/adult is deemed blind。

E的句意被改变了，主干变成了a baby emerges from the darknessof the
womb would be rated about 20/500. 和题目的本意“baby的视力在成人来看会被判成盲人”相背离。

E的awkard处在于其违背了“句意为王”的原则~

XDF的老师是这么教的，看到which的时候注意前面有几个名词，本题中，既有baby又有sense of vision,那么which指代谁就不明确了。
