关于which引导的非限定的问题

以前在做题的时候都是严格按照 N，which 这个结构来看非限定
只要逗号前面的第一个词不是名词我就直接把这个答案划掉了

不过看到了08PERP的218
Only seven people this century have been killed by the great white shark, the man-eater of the movies—less than those killed by bee stings.

A.movies—less than those

B.movies—fewer than have been

C.movies, which is less than those

D.movies, a number lower than the people(B)

E.movies, fewer than the ones
答案没有问题 但是其对C的解释
which可以跳过插入语指代没问题；less错误；those使得比较结构不平行

还有08PREP的219题也有类似说法

这好像说明which从句的跳跃修饰并不是绝对错误，至少跳过插入语没有问题，那我想和插入语类似的同位语之类的是不是也可以跳跃修饰
而且我还没有找到这种跳跃修饰的which从句有对的例子 没有对证 那这有没有正确的机会呢？
