我不知道怎么形容我要问的…呃，我把题贴出来先。。

正确答案是A，可是看一下BCD对于红字部分的解释：
B: Particularly red wine cannot describe consumption- the preposition of is needed
C: particularly of red wine is not parallel to moderate alcohol consumption; it needs to follow moderate consumption of alcohol to make sense.
D: Without the preposition of, the sentence indicates that red wine is a kind of consumption- which makes no sense.

我的疑问是：
对于C，解释说要变成， moderate consumption of alcohol, and particularly of red wine，这种平行结构来表示总体和局部的关系，ok，收下该解释。
可是对于B和D，即是加上of结构，原句中也没有一个相似的结构来对称啊。莫非是因为没有and，使得particularly of red wine就是简单插入语，就不用管那么多了？

额，刚好看到OG69题过来，感觉跟这个题目还挺相似的。说说俺的理解。
A加上and是考的并列，而B和D必须加上of是用介词短语来表达red wine 和consumption的关系。B和D没有加上OF，意思就是red wine和consumption是同样的事物，这个肯定是不符合逻辑的。加上of以后，就是一个介词短语就近修饰最临近的词，而red wine表示的是consumption的内容，这个修饰就合理了。
就像第69题目： The Anasazi settlements at Chaco Canyon were built on a spectacular scale, with more than 75 carefully engineered structures, of up to 600 rooms each, were connected by a complex regional system of roads.


of up to 600 rooms each 就是修饰的structure.

赞，首先同意这位大神的！
然后我的理解就是：
A项 有and表并列，and particularly of red wine与consumption of平行 很容易理解
B项 moderate alcohol consumption，particularly red wine，不是平行，而是对consumption的进一步说明，因此一定是同一个物种，of是为了表示省略的（consumption）的。 在中文中，我们经常这样理解：将中度酒的销售，尤其是红酒（的销售）。但是其实英文中，不加OF就是错的，人家不知道你省略了consumption。
同理D项 也是上面这个意思，为了进一步解释说明那种alcohol卖的好，就再讲了一个，只不过国内外思维不同，我们就按照中文理解，会误认为不加OF正确。

另外，我觉得这个题目的考点在于插入的那部分和前面一句话之间的修饰关系是否合理。可以用and这个并列结构来表达，同时也可以用of短语来修饰。不一定非要并列吧。。。。俺觉得。。。

D的错误具体有些什么啊？
看到有人解释说began growing again时态错？有人说with的表达就是错的？但是我觉得with....这部分独立主格语法上貌似没有错误啊。。。还是说with独立主格不简洁？
然后in 1991 report的位置就不对？
还有我觉得in particular red wine这个地方有问题，但是又不知道怎么解释。。

求指导！！！
