求问眼下哪个offer更有利申请MBA

小妹刚刚硕士毕业，本科是国内top学校的，专业不是Economics/Finance之类，GPA大概3.5左右。现在手上有两个offer：一个是MBB之外的二流国际性consulting公司，做strategy/operations/DD另一家是一个我专业内的咨询公司，公司比较小，为Ibank和一些PE做市场研究分析。做分析师，会接触到一些业内的资源，但好像没有去读MBA的。


我的长远打算是希望能够在专业方向内创创业啥的，希望通过读MBA学习商业、创业和管理方面的知识。
对两个选择犹豫不定，所以向请CD上大侠们真心请教：
这两个offer对申请北美top10 MBA来说哪个比较好呢？个人感觉consulting好像比较稳妥，但大家都说申请的人多，不知道这样的公司去好学校的机会大么？是不是没有成功录取记录的小公司就比较难申请了？

Major players in strategy consulting: Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.,
Major players in operational improvement consulting: IBM, Accenture, E&Y, etc.

主流的management consulting都是工作三年、申请到比较好的program，可以有sponsorship
学费直接付给学校
然后social fee和living cost sponsorship就不一定了，有的firm直接给cash，有的是等你回来之后算作额外bonus给你，分年

我觉得LEK蛮好的。LZ有没有问他们能否工作几年后sponsor MBA?

跳当然有戏，不难。
但是我也不建议2.5年工作经验里面跳槽超过一次（我假设你3年的时候去读mba）
从acc或者lek跳到rb啊，atk啊甚至mck，bcg这些都是有希望的；但是如果你一次到了rb，atk，就最好不要再动了，这些公司申请top的mba也足够了
lek不是不建议去，只是听说在中国的业绩开展有限，貌似以industrial goods的dd项目为主，不一定准确，共你参考
另外一方面，acc给人的印象更偏向it咨询，不是management consulting
所以两者各有利弊

哦如果acc和lek么= =
也可以的其实，现在咨询公司招人很多的，你不妨考虑做一年之后往主流firm里面跳，然后再申请mba~
