这个题给的答案是B，但是我不是不太明白，“but also have the versatility and power to facilitate”的逻辑主语不应该是“The computer software”吗，那这样的话，B里面的have不是应该是has才对的吗？

不是很能理解里面hedging and other investor strategies for preventing losses,的作用和成分

2 平行结构：will meet...(will) have
所以答案是B

while "meet" is determined by needs, i think
