答案是C判处法没问题， 可是里面having被说成是做状语修饰主语和谓语，错误。

恩~我明白你的意思  我说说自己的想法哈

这种分词引导一个句子放在句末并且用逗号与前句隔开的，从语法上来说，既可以被看作是修饰前句中的最后一个名词，又可以被看作修饰是修饰前句的主语谓语，只要这些名词能够作为后面V-ing动作的发出者。
比方说这一题，既可以是animal species having....     也可以是Deserts....having.....
链接的那题也差不多是一个道理的，只不过在那道题目中，歧义的产生是由于small comets和前面的主句都可以作为后面V-ing动作的发出者（后面V-ing可以作为前面这个句子的结果状语）  

我觉得这些句子翻译成中文了之后差别不大的，关键是原句中逻辑主谓的区别吧。
