只有两个并列成分，如果and前面有逗号，则and后面必须接完整的主谓结构噢~~~

而且这里 later made it 在意思上也有问题，it是指代什么？~~~

有道理，made确实没有主语哈。不过觉着正确选项D也不简洁啊，那么长
