prep关于代词指代问题

这道题答案选A没问题，但是C答案的解释说they指代babies没问题，而且和前面的babies不一样。


但是另一题：
Over 75 percent of the energy produced in France derives from nuclear power, while in Germany it is just over 33 percent
A. while in Germany it is just over 33 percent
B. compared to Germany, which uses just over 33 percent
C. whereas nuclear power accounts for just over 33 percent of the energy produced in Germany
D. whereas just over 33 percent of the energy comes from nuclear power in Germany
E. compared with the energy from nuclear power in Germany, where it is just over 33 percent

但是这道题，解释上说it是指代了前面的在法国生产的energy，是相同的一个事物。


然后我就有点晕了，代词指代到底是相同的事物，还是可以不同啊？？

那that/those这种呢？和they/it有什么区别？

如果代词可以不一定指同一个事物的话，那么第二题的it为什么就一定是指the energy produced in France呢？

同一个代词一般情况下都是指代同一个先行词，少数情况是不一样的

但是LZ理解错咯，所谓的先行词一样，是指那个单词是同一个，而不是意义上的，只要他表达的句意是正确的，那不管他说的是不是同一个事物都是ok的。

比如第一题，they指代babies没有问题，但是后面这个指代意义上的babies是妈妈小于某个年纪的时候生的小孩，前面的babies是妈妈大于某个年纪生的小孩
