趋势判断，论据不足（样本不足）
The conclusion is based on an upward trend thatis derived from data from two years. Data from only two years provide ratherweak evidence of a trend. Additional evidence that provides a context for theannual inflation rates during the most recent two-year period will promote amore solid evaluation of this prediction for next year’s inflation rate.

发展眼光看问题（现在=//将来）(时地全等)
The argument is based on the currentsituation, but present conditions need not continue in the future if they canbe improved.
