但是对E有疑问，

E加上and之后就变为 逗号and representing 和A一样，但A又说这里错了

可以这样理解：A中是分词短语形式，没有逗号的话representing可以和前半句amounting to roughly five miles per gallon成为一个整体。

而E中，由于引入了“which”引导的从句，从句后完全可以断开，然后加上representing引导的分词短语。
