当然是社会结构由xxx组成

而并不是wasps有xxx组成啦~~ wasps怎么组成？

句意，manhattan里有说"Subject and verb must make sense together"，这道题就是体现。
如果主语是wasps，那只能说【wasps that are male/ female或者说是male/female wasps】，但是不能说wasps【包含】female/ male或者说male/female【组成】wasps

正确答案是B吧，A中的they 指代错误，"consist almost entirely of" 是指的society，不是wasps
