答案是C
这题唯一不明白的就是：为什么使用的时态是现在完成时？？

这题完全可以从it来判断，避开时态问题

这个地方我也不太明白，因为我记得有道题是 during the first world war 用的是一般过去时，所以新东方老师总结是 during+过去时间就用一般现在时，而且over + 时间段是用完成时
其实the first world war 感觉也像是一个时间段，所以我直接排除abcd 选的e，没想到答案是c= =！
看答案解释，貌似是要通过逻辑判断0 0！
求大牛解答

划线部分是用来证明前文的证据，所以是到说话时已经发生了的。说话时用的是一般现在时，所以划线部分用现在完成时。时间标志：during

那后面的这个falling是因为伴随还是仅仅因为这个动词跟在了after后面了才要使用ing的形式？

during the first 3 months表示一个大段的时间，所以要用完成时。
since，大段时间，ever since——这三个标志是用来表示完成时的

这你说的就概括3种了~难道还有一种是根据逻辑意思来判断？
