介词是否需要重复

在多个短语并列的时候, 前面固定搭配的介词是否要重复呢?比较一下GWD-29-Q2

前者需要重复OF, 后者不需要. 是不是因为后者仅仅是名词没有繁杂的修饰成分呢?

或者说介词重复与否根本不是考点? (皆可?)

类似的, 在多个不定式并列的时候, 可不可以省略第二个及后面所有的不定式的 to呢?
