Wish everyone good luck.

The only thing I learned from my application process is simply "never give up".

For a long time, I thought I couldn't do it, but I stand til the end.

补面经：香港

1) 个人工作经历问题（为什么换office，system有什么不同）
2) 你觉得什么是你天生就做的好的？什么是天生就不行的？
3）你读什么类型的书？这种书你最近读了哪一本？
4）你觉得在工作中 解决问题最有效的方式是什么？
5）Career goal相关问题（阐述如何达到你的目标，阐述所成立的公司和现存同类型公司的差异点在哪里）
6）是什么改变了你的人生轨迹（是加入xx公司，还是升入xx大学，还是xxx？）为什么？

面试准备我觉得很tricky，其实没有什么好办法，没有固定的套路。我觉得no-regret move就是把career goal想清楚 这个基本都会问。另外自己的经历中 如果有与众不同的地方，也应该着重准备 因为一般人感兴趣都会想了解更多。

Congratulations!要是GMAT只有680分，是不是没可能呀?请LZ指点迷津。

Hi, 680 is not impossible for sure, every year there's ppl with even lower score get in. but it is rather difficult, given Chinese admits typically get score of 700+, your score is obviously a disadvantage.

Lz, can you please share your experience on selecting refrees? I have two professional refrees already, debating on the third one... One extracurricular refree and one who did her post-doc in Harvard Med. 纠结中。。。

Hey, you should ask yourself if there is "value-adding" from your 3rd recommender... if too much overlap with your previous two, you shouldn't go with it. If the 3rd guy can talk about you from different perspective, it would be good...
