求问B的时态问题。
因为我自以为...没画线的部分用了完成时，画线的部分时间应该不晚于（甚至早于）后面。而且觉得although前后都用完成时很奇怪。所以就选了B


能解释一下么?

B 后面的increased 用过去式错误，该用完成式，过去式表示过去发生，现在已经不存在了，但前面有个recently明显表示对现在有影响。另外，完成除了表示已经完成的动作，还有一层含义，对现在还有持续的影响。
C its指代有问题
D having只能用于限制性结构，此处属于非限制性结构，因此不对
E 错误很多，主谓宾不完整； having用法同D
