我觉得E比较好
1. 主句主句是Discrimination，所以谓语应该是单数，所以找has，所以在DE里选
2. that favors，显示修饰Discrimination，否则如果是wages的话，就不是favors而是favor了。所以这个those that arepredominantly 中的those就有问题了，如果从平行上看，应该是对应wages，那么两边就不一致了

而E就很好paid in predominantly male occupations修饰wages，而the predominantlyfemale 也是修饰wages
