这题我自己选是选对了，但是想仔细研究语法笔记的解释，想要请教一个有关识别代词到底指代什么的问题。语法笔记中说A选项中so it would be 的it指代了主语a government advisory committee，因此是错误指代。。但是为什么呢？我自己理解成了指代the largest telephone company了。 在这种情况下是如何判断指示代词是指代什么的呢？？？求解释。谢谢

it 之前出现过两个单数名词， committee 和 company, 因为committee是主语，从语法上讲，it 优先指代主语。所以产生歧义

然后补充一道，原题是：(当然这句话是错误的)

这题我同样也是做对了，但是在看语法笔记的解释时发现对于这句话的定语从句中的they是没有指代对象的。而我在看这个选项的时候却认为指代对象是voting equipment,.....这堆东西。。 请问我考虑的过程中犯了什么错误？？导致我总是分辨不清楚代词的指代对象。 谢谢
