【Wake Forest 有同学申请吗，问个问题】

网申系统里面有个Transcripts Request Form，这个我们要用吗？

还是直接把学校开的成绩单寄过去就行了？

还需要寄其他什么材料吗？

另外想问下是不是只寄成绩单就好了，需要在学证明吗？坛子里怎么有同学还寄了在学证明。

谢谢Victoria，那就是说你没有用那个Request Form了，但是我看网页上的意思是要我们把那个表格交给学校然后让学校寄成绩单，真是麻烦。

One official transcript is required from any college or university from which you graduated and earned a degree.  If you are still enrolled in college, please submit a current official transcript.  A final transcript is required after you complete your degree.
Use the Transcript Request Form found in the Downloadable Forms section (or use the form requested by the specific college).
