求教OG12-39，so as to后面的主语

弱弱地来问下，第一次发贴提问，不足之处请各位大虾指出，谢谢。
39 In 1527 King Henry VII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn.
A so as to marry
B and so could be married to
C t be married to
D so that he could marry
E in order that he would marry
OG 对A的解释是so as to 后面的主语不清，但是so as to 后面的主语不是应该就是句子的逻辑主语嘛。还有对E的解释是the conditional "would marry" is incorrect, 这是什么意思额?
若问题太蠢不要拍，求详解，大榭！

我也是觉得so as to 后面不用加主语，所以A到底是错在哪里呢，我很纠结啊，哪位大牛可指导下

表目的时，用in order to do sth
没有in order that sb would do sth.的用法
