关于WES的一些问题。希望前辈们能解答！！！急等！！！

Sending Reports
WES sends one report to you and one to an institution of your choice (college, employer or agency) at no additional charge when requested at the time of your application. Additional reports will be sent to as many recipients as you wish for an additional $25 each.
WES ICAP:WES ICAP (evaluation + verified transcripts) will be sent only to recognized educational institutions. All other recipients will receive only the evaluation report.
WES Basic:Only evaluation reports will be sent to all recipients (does not include transcripts).

这是什么意思。是不是教育部只寄了一份成绩单，所以WES只发给一个学校？如果我再寄几所，每个交25刀，它们都收不到verified transcripts，我得自己再另外寄成绩单？

如果是这样，那么怎么选哪一所学校呢？WES的网站上好像只有输入Additional transcript地址的地方，没别的地方给我输入地址了啊！！

毕业的人应该要的材料是毕业证学位证成绩单俺们目前大四只能在读证明啦

我办过wes
basic就可以了；wes寄给学校的不是你寄去北京验证的成绩单，而是report，上面也列了你的成绩但和你成绩单上的会有不同，学分会被削减，GPA会根据wes的标准再算一遍，report上会注明你在中国的degree相当于美国的什么degree（一般都是regionally accredited 4-year college）。wes可以免费帮你寄两份report，再多的就要给钱。wes寄了这个report之后你就没必要再给学校寄成绩单和毕业证之类的了，因为report上这些信息全都有。

icap只是存起你的相关信息而已，如果你以后要办wes的其他验证业务（比如200刀的cpa学分验证），你就不用再走一遍原来的流程了，因为你的毕业证书和成绩单wes都存起来了，直接在那些东西的基础上再出一份cpa的验证report就可以了。
