努力攻克SC过程中遇到的一些理解不到的题 希望牛人解答! 谢谢~

答案选的是D 我选的是B 不知道错在哪
而且D中的making do without不理解。。。

E答案中的determined... and differing里 dertermined 和differing并列 感觉有点没对,望解释 谢谢~

我觉得A和B的差别就在于 resistance to 还是against 我觉得to要好些。。。

关于第三题,记得白勇里面貌似有提过书面语中There be sth done永远错,不过不敢保证记忆100%可靠>_<
第五题貌似是个节目预告/简介,客观的表述将来会上演的节目流程而已,用will

1 it指代n,不可以指代动作,c中do指代used mud and grass to build their homes这个动作。
2 Determined表示被动所以用过去式,differing表示一般现在时。
3 A中的caused by没有体现出原句的因果关系,
4 Such as表举例。
5 over more than 50 years表示要用一般将来时。
6 D中的these speculators had to sell与后句的their selling pushed other investors to the brink逻辑不通。 those who bad bought on margin没有从句简洁。
7 Seeming to be修饰Hosae Hudson逻辑不通。

caused by就是表示由什么引起,并没有因果关系,because of表示是由于什么的原因,才造成什么的结果,你仔细体会下!

而题目的意思 是修饰 The growth of the railroads
按照这样的理解 determined differing 的逻辑关系 很容易看出E 才是正确答案!

按照这样的理解 determined differing 的逻辑关系 很容易看出E 才是正确答案!

1 B 是肯定不对的,有两个动词了,而且没有and 表明是两句话
至于D 那个making do without 我也不知道,但是可以用排除法,
A 错在it 没有指代,C太冗杂,E 的话 被动形式不好。。
