对B的解释是：if is preferred to provided; density should be modifi ed by greater

今天看到一个MM总结的OG笔记里面这样写的：

- "if" is more general than "provided"

- "provided" is usually used in a positive statement.

即provided引导条件从句不用于否定条件，其含义倾向于only if

还是不太懂，有没有谁能够把if和provided的用法讲详细一点？？
