我可以进 CEIBS 吗？

请大家帮我分析一下。小弟，美国前三十的工程本科， GPA 很低 2.8 左右。美国前50金融硕士， GPA 3.6，毕业以后在某投行做了两年，第三年跳槽到一个 hedge fund 做了一年，因为美国经济不好，被裁员，所以决心回来在读， GMAT 720， v40 m49， AA 5。我一直回想到中国发展，觉得到ceibs 是一个很好的机会，不过不知道美国和中国得商学院的差异，请帮小弟我分析一下。谢谢啦。

GMATBOOK 我大部分同意你的观点，不过你知道我的背景进入中欧需要重视什么那？我的gpa很低，应该在我的optional essay 里说服一下吗？中欧喜欢什么样子的申请人？重视什么东西？

金融知识层面中欧的MBA给不了你什么，但是在其他soft的课程中，应该对你有帮助（基于你技术的本科和金融硕士的背景）。
工作这块，你的background看起来还可以，但要直接切入国内的金融行业，也有难度，拿到中欧的MBA后应该能相对容易的进入到某些理想的公司。

回国积累工作经验比去读中欧MBA更重要。

The reason I wanted to do MBA is because I feel that my schools are not strong enough, that said, I also wanted to go back to Asia, however in the US is difficult to get transfered because I've tried a number of times. In addition, most of my job experiences are technical related, I was doing trading support and risk most of the time whereas, I feel that my strength and interests lie in research. My focus would be in consulting or entrepreneurship in MBA. I am applying to a few top 30 US MBA as well, but those schools I have a good feel of what they are looking for, but I do not have any familiarity with CEIBS.

r u crazy? i dont think mba going to help you a lot, what u need is a good position to start, if i were u, i'll try to find a job...

为什么有这样的背景还要读MBA呢？你希望通过MBA获得什么呢？
