哦~我刚查了一下Longman  
allow that 只有在这种情况下用：
correct/permitted   formal to accept that something is correct or true, or that something is acceptable according to the rules or law
allow that
I allow that there may have been a mistake.

这道题还是allow sth/sb to do sth.  
money 被transfer也得被动

C中要么说allow that这个事情transfer...不对
要么说allow that money is transfer....但是应该是allow sth to ...也不对

E表达的正确意思应该是allow money ....to be transferred

请指教
