Hi Brooklet, David and Ken,
Thanks for your time!
My questions are:
1) What are your biggest surprises,  good and bad, about HBS since you've been there?
2) If there is one thing in common among most or all of your classmates, what do you think it is?
3) What is the one thing, in your opinion, that stands you out in your essay? How did you find it? I am very interested in your self reflection/discovery process with regard to your essay writing. Any thoughts, inspirations, tips, tricks or even regrets to share with us?
3) Could you share the backgrounds of your Chinese classmates? If you are representative of the Chinese student demographics, there seem not to be many girls?
4) Round 1 vs. Round 2: does it make a difference?

I can go on and on but I'll stop here. Really appreciate your time and generosity!

关于申请的过程有下面几个问题
1）各位的Career Goal (essay中的、和自己心中的），HBS对之的帮助（看重HBS什么），以及去年的申请轮次及计划。
2）关于essay：
a.今年的essay第二道问题(和去年一样）是：What have you learned from a mistake? 怎么理解“mistake"?Mistake 和failure的区别？通过这道题希望展示给Adcom哪些信息？在撰写这类负面essay时有哪些需要注意的？（有哪些内容是不建议写的？）
b.今年HBS备选题目为 undergraduate academic experience，career vision，Frustrated professional experience, self-introduction to classmate中4选2；在选择essay时候应该怎样抉择？如果选择了其中两个，是否需要把另外两个题目的内容也包括进去？（我理解adcom会很感兴趣）。另外，怎样利用undergraduate academic experience来表明申请者的情况呢？

3）准备HBS的面试：在选择面试地点和时间方面的经验（是否都是Adcom面？）
