第一，淘汰D和E咯
第二，如果要补助词的话，至少有代词的吧，B淘汰
第三，C的话，they指代哪个呢？bobies 还是 women，有误解！
所以A勒吧！
但是我更加倾向于3楼的表达，自己对于“比较”的补出也有confuse。希望有NN回答我刚才发的比较的帖子。

把省略部分补齐的话应该是more babies were born to women over the age of thirty than babies born to women under it(the age of thirty),相同部分为born to women。

我觉得要加也应该加than those were,保留助动词然后省略相同的动词~
