答案选C，根据比较对象对等就可以敲定的
但问题是在PREP语法注释分析中，说A和B形式主语it和its指代对象不一致，那么难道C的it和its就指代一致了吗？不解，求高手作答，不胜感激

it 和 its 不是可以指代不一致嘛？

Unlike A, B do的結構
其他的都不符合除了C
致於It 和 Its的話 指代的都是那個 Steam Locomotive （SL）
which required an hour or two of firing up before  SL could move under SL‘s own power

A B中 it was possible to move under its。。。的確指代不一樣 因為前面的it是後面to move 的型式主語 而後面its 是指 SL’s
