OG对A的解释：
A To be able to move is wordy and able is redundant after enable; to apply is not logically parallel to the in?nitive phrase (able) to move.
后半句，为什么说to apply 不平行呢？谢谢

额,大概是说前面是to (be able to move)后面是to (apply),所以不平行...吧...
