答案C是没有问题，关于B，OG说，as if在这里语法不对。我查了as if的用法，as if 引导从句，从句为主系表结构，且若主语和系动词和主句的相同的话可以省略。而且，indicate确实是sales figures 发出的啊。为什么错呢？望NN解答。谢谢

我个人觉得：

Seem as if连在一起用是一个词组，后面应该跟一个完整的句子的，比如：It seem as if nothing has happened.

但是在这里变成了the strong retail sales figures seem as if to indicate the economy,.....

后面跟的不是一个完整的句子，使人读起来觉得句子结构有点混乱。

这里的seem as if不是引导从句而是作为介词短语在句子的中间所以主谓是不能省的。对吧

关于B选项，又没有NN有更好的解释？

Seem as if连在一起用是一个词组，后面应该跟一个完整的句子的，比如：It seem as if nothing has happened.

但是在这里变成了the strong retail sales figures seem as if to indicate the economy,.....

后面跟的不是一个完整的句子，使人读起来觉得句子结构有点混乱。

seem as if可以引导从句，见曼哈顿SC的第九章。

你是对的，但是og说，seem as if是正确的。只不过在这个句子里语法错误了。。。我看不出哪里语法错误

我在做这题的时候，觉得Seem就有推测的意思，不需要加个As if。Just my two cents.
