if you don't have work experience, i highly suggest you ignore this so called elite mba program. Unless you graduated from top mba programs such as HBS/MIT/Yale etc, without work experience you will find yourself even harder to find jobs once you have a mba degree. MBA is a once-a-life-time experience, you should use it when you face career bottle neck. If you worry about return, then I think you should work first and then apply for a better MBA degree later.
