我想请教一下，为什么这里A选项中的the tubes就不会有问题。不是说the+N.是特指么？？这个问题比较纠结。
还有两个差不多的题目，可能第二个不算相同吧，但是麻烦LZ给看一下

A选项中the tubes有in birds和in mammals定语做限定，故不存在后者指代不清，有指代前者的歧义问题，对比OG12-131的energy归属问题可体会
the+N确实有特指含义，在此用特指亦符合题意：
存在于mammals中的tube blahblah,然而存在于birds中的tube blahblah
限定tube的归属，故用特指更好

OG12-131
Over 75 percent of the energy produced in France
derives from nuclear power, while in Germany it is just
over 33 percent.
(A) while in Germany it is just over 33 percent
(B) compared to Germany, which uses just over 33

正确答案是C，我看过别人讨论是说C选项中的energy有后置定语，所以不会有歧义，而D中没有。难道说上题中的the tubes 就是因为前边有in bird？所以没问题？麻烦LZ帮忙确认一下

此题考点并非the+N的特指，B选项主要问题在于：

1.Unlike the river……,in San Antonio……river实物名词与in San Antonio状语比较，对象不对等

2.in the United States, which is no longer the focal point of urban life中",+which"形式紧跟逗号前名词US，不符合句意

in all:

the +N用法：

1.特指（可用定语限制范围）

2.指代前述过的该词，功能类似代词，见OG12-131 energy

它这么解释的话，就和上面的那道题矛盾了，希望牛牛帮解释下：

这两个结构难道有区别么？？我是真看不出来~~~~如果没区别为什么又出现不同的解释呢？？？这样以来关于and连接对象的问题就没个标准了。。。。。。我原来一直以为，and首先是就近连接，然后根据逻辑意思判断，如果没问题的话就对了，而不会出现上题D中解释的连接对象产生争议的问题！！！！

先声明我可不是楼主样的nn，我觉得关于你问的这两个问题，其实挺难分辨的，如果不看句子逻辑意思的话，我觉得其实就是矛盾的。
我觉得应该看逻辑意思，上边的这个problems 和management是可以平行的（意思上啊）“水的问题和资源管理”；而第二个的as much as 20 percent of……和small-stem material是没有办法平行的，“跟叶子的20%一样多”和“小树枝”平行？所以即便这么写也没有歧义。肯定是说“程度有（叶子和小树枝）的20%”  blabla……   主要是强调有20%之多的有营养的部分都掉了

凑合着看吧，我是这么想的，不对的地方nn指正
