1。根据逻辑意思：a 5 percent increase----是修饰“profits”的，这里需要一个定语从句，而with引导的一般做“状语”功能，貌似不能修饰名词。至少前面的“，”是多于的。
2。E中的“having fallen”也不对阿，“fall” 这个动作发生在两年前，而且在“increase”这个过去的动作之前就已经完成了，怎么能用“have done”呢？也不能用“had done”，因为had done一般和“一般过去时态”连用，此题中没有一般过去时。
3。不要紧扣语法，with单独在句末一般都不对，容易造成修饰谓语或者近前名词的混淆。
