答案D 但是A和C读起来没什么问题啊

A有几个问题：第一，it 只能refers 明确具体的对象，不能指代整个句子（即：educators have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology）。
第二，从句子结构而言， educators have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology整件事都是一个错误，同B一样，逻辑上很难说得通。而应该是某些人的错误，而不是某件事的错误。

至于C：为什么是缺失，你应该试着读句子含义：很难说是它是没有...的教育学家的错误，但是句子却没有说出第二个它的具体内容，这样来说，句子没有表达完整。

这句话，真正的含义是：这很难说是教育学家的错误，因为他们没有影响...：然后后面AT，给出的是一个例子。

再者，补充一个知识点：
it的使用：

1）it 用于指代，但是需要有明确具体的指代对象，而不能是一个句子。
2）it 做形式主语，指代不定式，或者后面的内容。

尝试讨论一下 除了说的啰嗦以外 我觉得一开始就可以排除的是：it 指代了前面发生的整个句子 这个貌似是不合规的吧 ！  但是 og 没说 cd上各位NN也没提到 不知道是不是正确啊！！！

btw  那个 anticipated 后面的that 为毛可以去掉捏？？？

B的错误是否在于Be at fault，如果改成Be their fault是否就对了。但是为什么这样就对了，其实还是不明白B到底错在哪里，请NN帮忙解释一下吧。谢谢。

A：照OG的解释，句子谓语的前后各有一个从句，太罗嗦。。。。应该把后面那个从句提前，用it做形式主语
B：不能说一个从句be at fault，应该说人be at fault
C：只说了educators有错，没说明他们错在have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology。。。请LZ仔细揣摩，这一点C和D是不一样的
