时隔4天，又收delaware拒信！！建议我申其他项目！是不是每人都这样？

4.1被拒了，上次发来的拒信没提建议我申请其他项目的事情。这种是什么情况？我还没碰到过，是不是每个申请MSF被拒的童鞋都收到了呢？？换专业申请的话，有没有希望呢？

既没有收到拒信，也没有收到Offer，只收到一封email说抱歉，今年申请的人太多了，让我再等等。这可能代表被拒了吗？

这是研院发的。。。上次那个是director发的吧，两个地方咯。。。
转专业申是客气话吧，都到这时候了，谁现在还跟它来转专业咯。。。
