见过语法差的~~没见过像我语法那么差的~~急寻解释~~GWD8~~在线等

背景~~OG两遍~~全解两遍~~但是由于没老师没战友~全靠自己猜蒙 ~~~淌水GWD模拟~~狂错九个~~！！！！！还不知道怎么错的~~跪求大家能解释下~~急啊~~马上考试~~~
还想请大家看看我错的情况给我下诊断书，提点复习建议，我真不知道语法怎么复习了~~~快疯了~~~用了大量的时间~~为什么没有效果~~~跪求帮助~~谢谢！！！

但是prep08这里的with是可以修饰前面的noun 嘢， 是这两种情况不同吗？？
with独立主格结构：
由“with        ＋宾语＋宾补”构成的复合结构，在句中可作状语，表示伴随。这一结构中的宾语补足语可由现在分词、过去分词、不定式、形容词、副词或介词短语等来充当：

我推荐你看你下赵丽的网络课堂，入门那个最有效了。跟着那个学下来，语法就能提高相当大。（做好笔记）

D项改变了原文的初衷，原文强调的是each，关于GMAT语法公理中讲到原文中作为强调的词绝对不能换，所以应该排除D、E，不过我感觉each a 这个结构有点怪怪的，有each question 但没听说过each a question，，，但是没办法，gmat语法是选的effectiveness of expression。。。

这题我读的很别扭，我明白是说鸟都死翘翘了，加州政府就起草计划减少污染。可是这个句子读着感觉有问题，所以就选了A，因为从逻辑看来，鸟的掉落是原因，计划为结果，那么句子的重心为计划。但答案为D，有nn能帮忙解释下这个句子的结构吗~~和为什么A是错的，D是对的~~？？

A里面有一个明显的语法错误and routinely falling这一部分缺少谓语

当时我也是这样想的~~但是~~后来我又想到~~不能改变句子重心这一条~~~那D的句子重心不就改变了吗

D选项的结构从语法角度讲是分词从句作伴随状语，表结果。也就是说后面的计划制定是鸟掉下来的情况导致的一个结果。因此整句的逻辑结构并没有改变。

这题选C，可是后面有they啊，那这个they代指什么~~？？我认为前面的句子至少有个复数名词吧~~所以选的是E，不知道为什么错~~郁闷~~~

meida就是复数名词  单数形式是medium
