为什么recommended 后面的从句不用过去时态呢，难道是因为这个建议是普遍原则，所以就用一般现在时了。
请大牛们指导一下名词性从句的时态问题，什么时候从句要符合主句的时态。
另，如果主句是现在完成式，从句用什么时态呢？

第二个疑问：The report recommended that the hospital should eliminate unneeded beds,consolidate expensive services,and use space in other hospitals.
OG说should不应该加，因为recommended已经表示建议了，这个原则是否通用？

第三个疑问：如果我把这句话变成三个并列句，应该怎么连接，可以A，B and C么？不讨论累赘问题，只问三个并列句的连接。

如果都是并列关系的话，应该怎么加？ A句， and B句， and C句？

如果楼主一定要连接三个句子的话，只要在每个句子前加上连词和从句引导词，这里是and that,当然后面两个句子最好不出the hospital然后改成主动语态

lz在gmat语法中，虚拟语气中的should必须省略，这是特殊规定。我不知道是自己理解能力差还是怎样，正确答案a本身就是a，b and c型的并列呀~~~c前有逗号只是习惯用法。白勇语法上有提到。

1. recommend后面跟虚拟语气是什么意思，虚拟语气更应该加should了呀，还是像楼上另一位说的，这些个表建议命令的词后面用原型，就表示虚拟的意思？

2. 我主要是想问三个并列句应该怎么连。

逗号分隔的是三个句子，不是并列词。当然这个一看就知道错了哈，但是想知道三个并列句，没有转折关系的，应该怎么连接。

按照LZ的话  那么就是   beds  services   space三个名词平行  
错误在于   1：  如果第一个结构式unneeded beds   也就是 adj+n的结构  那么后面两个平行结构也应该是adj+n结构   所以应该是  consolidated service    和  used  space
                2：  看第三个部分   移除不需要的床和昂贵的设备没有问题  但是  怎么能够移除已被用了的空间呢  这个意思就错了    正确答案 中   eliminate  和  最后的 use  是平行的
