答案里，对B的解释是“The two clauses are not parallel, lack a coordinating conjunction, and do not describe the same thing; redundant again”。

这道题目中是WHO和WHOSE引导的定语从句的并列，将B与正确答案C比较，C比B多了一个连词“BUT”（忽略AGAIN的重复），答案里就说C "maintaining parallel structure"。

我的疑问：
1、为什么加了个BUT，这两个clause就平行了？平行不应该是各对应成分的一致嘛，和加不加连词BUT不是没关系的嘛
2、对B的描述，do not describe the same thing，我不明白。。。。。，难不成因为没加BUT，regains 就变成去修饰JR 和GM了？可主谓不一致啊。。。

题OK，就是在看OG后面，对这道题目B选项“creating a special nongovernment organization that takes 评述时，说道“since the organization does not yet exist, that takes is illogical  ”
              自己反复读，觉得用that 引导定从修饰organization，挺对的啊？哪位大侠能帮我解释下为何illogical了


再来：OG60. More and more in recent years, cities are stressing the arts as a means to greater economic development and investing millions of dollars in cultural activities, despite strained municipal budgets and fading federal support.
(A) to greater economic development and investing
(B) to greater development economically and investing
B选项中，OG后的解释是“Adverb economically is the wrong part of speech(到底完全OK) and conveys the incorrect meaning”---------economically有“在经济上”的意思，用来修饰stressing，意为从经济层面上强调arts 是取得great development的方法,同正确答案A，强调arts是取得更多经济发展的方法 ，意思一样啊，为什么OG解释说，incorrect meaning？

(D) of greater development economically and invest
(E) for greater economic development and the investment of

我感觉加上but之后，declines和regains就确定是修饰reputation，然而如果不加but，and 之后regains可能和前面形成一个并列 修饰who

Sorry, I still can't catch the point.

who 引导的定从和whose引导的定从，挺parallel的啊~，whose里的declines 和regains是并列谓语和who从句中的receives对应，我不大明白为什么B中两句句子not parallel，

C就比B多了个BUT，后面都一样，为什么就parallel了?
还是不明白中。。。。。
