求助！有没有人今天收到UMD邮件！？Maryland要财力证明才能process？！

2月份申了UMD
今天收到UMD的一封邮件说是需要财力证明，然后才能process我的申请。
可是当初网申的时候看到财力证明被录取之后再补交也可以于是当初就没快递到学校，现在学校又发这样的邮件有人遇到过知道为什么吗？
求教申了UMD拿了AD的同学，财力证明在申请时是必须交的吗？

那个信件是IES发的，把financial certificate交给ies就可以了，如果实在等不及IES的网页上有Online chat,及时回复，还不错。

We sent you an email on Feb 26th tellling you that your file was complete. If something says no current status that means we have no status update or that document hasnt been submitted. Since financial documents are not required until an applicant is recommended for admission then you do not need to worry about it.

Maryland我上周submit的他家application，他们貌似昨天春假才结束，还差GMAT和ielts成绩没到... 怕现在没位置了。。
