A的who... , and who... 觉得没有逗号会更整齐。 逗号加and 相当于一个句号，但后面只是一个从句，不属于有完整主谓宾。

LZ 点纠结了，A，B，and C 这样的结构 很正常，不出奇

或者用排除法找答案，有having的都不对，剩下A C D ,with结构不对，whose半路杀出，只能是A
