BIG CON!
楼主有没有很硬的PUBLICATION呀,是不是申请很重研究背景和以前的研究成果?

No publication yet. But LBS professors aked for my doctoral qualifier paper from my previous school after the interview. I think it definitely helped a lot.

By the way, the only thing that I regreted right now is not taking TOEFL again before my application, which has restricted my school choices for management programs. Lots of great business schools do not waive TOEFL for international applicant, including Harvard, Wharton (for management program), Umich, MIT, IUB and so forth. So, I would urge all the future applicant to simply take the test again before your application. It is not as difficult as either GRE or GMAT, but it will definitely help you to have more options when applying. ;D

Actually those schools do waive the TOEFL requirements, if you can make a strong case.UMich waived TOEFL for me, and what they asked were my teaching/presentation experience and an email from a prof.So take the test if you can. If you really cannot make it, you still be able to circumvent it.

Then I guess I am not as lucky as you.;-( I received all negative feedbacks on this issue from all these schools when I emailed them.;-) I probably should have tried harder to explain my situation at the first place.;-)
