CM Tepper第二轮的offer是不是已经发完了呢

由于sending TOEFL成绩的过程中有些glitches, 虽然12月末递交的网上申请，但材料到了2月12号才全被寄到admissions office，会不会就把我放在第三轮了呢？第二轮应该在这个月15号之前就完毕了，到现在还没有接到interview的invitation。之前发email询问，都没有回。我是不是基本没戏了呢？？

应该是status改变了才发的，你看看你网申的状态改到stage3了没有

I've been put on stage 3 for quite a while and nothing has happened since my submission.
