这道题选d没有问题~笔记中对b的解释是这样的the knowledge that scientists know about…表达方式罗嗦

但是在17题中

（选c 没有问题 ）解释是如果能用名词替代一个名词性从句，优先选名词（比如something, probability, likelihood等）

请问为什么第6题中用the knowledge就不行呢 是不是因为后面有个动词know 所以重复造成了罗嗦？

这样的规则不能作为选则答案的绝对判断标准，因为两种用法在语法上都是正确的，只是有效性上的细微差别，一定是在选项句子中的其它某个环节有了问题，从而选出答案。光盯着what或名词就选出正确答案好像不太靠谱。除非两个答案其它部分完全一样，只能在what从句和名词之间的有效性来分胜负，这种题好像不是考点，印象里没咋出现过。如果一定在这两个中选一个，咋还是觉得用what？有没有同学知道？

我觉得用WHAT比用名词简洁，印象里白勇语法里提到过。17题选C没有选A可能是因为后面the other的使用出错了，是个硬伤，相对之下只能选C。

就是优先选名词（比如something, probability, likelihood等）这条规则不对？

我觉得用WHAT比用名词简洁，印象里白勇语法里提到过。17题选C没有选A可能是因为后面the other的使用出错了，是个硬伤，相对之下只能选C。

我觉得b的问题是后面, that is, the cranium. 这种说法明显是罗嗦的表达,而且比较D 选项, 句末同谓语,肯定还是D的表达好些.
