这道题我正确答案是C，我选了E。答案说bans that...cannnot是illogical的。
我的想法是同位语从句避免了分词修饰错误，白勇语法114页：-ing分词在句尾有两种含义：第一表示伴随动作、状态、功能，逻辑主语等于句子主语；第二是表示伴随结果，无逻辑主语。
这道题到底应该怎么理解呢？应该将划线部分理解为伴随动作还是ban的同位语从句呢？为什么是illogical的呢？
