我是选了E，为什么E不正确呢？而且觉得B的表述不是很规范，n+of not doing sth 这种表述应该不规范吧？请大牛们指点一下，谢谢！

B是标准的表达方式，of not paying back ...修饰record。
, a group collectively known as the subprime lending market 修饰borrowers，指出这类债务人行程了一个叫做次贷的市场。

这种句型在英语语法里好像叫独立主格还是同位语来着，记不清了，但经常出现在新闻的报道中。lz可以适当记忆一下

E的问题在于1  that they do not pay back their loans on time从句中的时态，与主句不对应；
2 同位语的正确表达方式里不需要such引导，一般都是直接跟名词。
