OG12-21 关于现在分词完成时态不能作定语修饰名词

如题答案是A，但having amassed 不是现在分词完成时态不是不可以当定语修饰名词Neuroscientists吗？

现分的完成时要做定语只能换成从句~

恩~不能妄断它就是做状语~先从逻辑判断它究竟修饰的是什么~然后看会不会有歧义

C选项 having been assigned 的功能有三种可能性：

1. 作为伴随结果状语，却与主句没有因果关系。

2. 作为伴随动作状语，主句主语some governments却不能充当分词短语的逻辑主语

3. 就近作定语，但现在分词的完成时态不能作定语修饰名词

也就是以后看见“，doing”需要仔细考虑下它作什么成分 会不会产生歧义

,doing是可以做逗号前名词的定语的,故有时候是有歧义存在的,到底是做状语还是做定语~
