3.money loan 影响政府的修路等. always 非政府的机构microcredit,不影响政府的项目.

真正改善poverty

听力:1homogenerous mixture and 2hetergenerous mixture

the first only has one phase, it can not 区分 two components, like salt into water.also call it solution

2 more than one phase. soil, dirty water, smog, oil and water
