             Topic:it is not realistic that people expect to work at the same company and employ all of their life

When I was in 10 years old, my father made a crucial decision to establish his own company and ended his career as a general manager in the previous one. Although my relatives do not support him, because they thought life is easy to maintain in a settled job, my father has select the right way that benefits not only his career, but also our entire family. Thus, in my opinion, because of the soaring change of the society and many other effects, people can not realize what they expected.

The essential reason is that seldom will people miss opportunities for higher salary. Working is a way to make a living, therefore people are competing with each other to attain a job with more salary and less fatigue. For example, when somebody offer you a job with 3000 dollars a month, will you still serve for a company that merely gives you 1500 dollars a month? Of course not. Since money is crucial aspect of life, and people are facing enormous chances everyday, it is impractical to keep a unchangeable job.       

In addition, people are not really enjoy working in a tedious environment in the rest of their life. People like diversity world, usually the place that they have to work in a long period time of their life. Consequently, with enormous choices nowadays, people, especially the youth, can hardly face to the same boss and deal with the similar documents day after day. Just imaging that you have to repeat typing identical words  thousands of time, you will be driven nuts.

Lastly, not every company can sustain a outstanding position in the market forever. For instant, since the end of the 20th century, VCD Players are high lucrative products, many companies join this market to share the profits. To people's surprise, only a few years later, when DVD players are launched, soon the VCD markets start to shrink, and those companies collapse on after another. So, if people are dreaming about a permanent employ, may be they will learn lesson from the story.

As a fact, some people do like to work at the same place, but in most situation, they can hardly achieve this goal, for the reasons that I posed above. As far as I concerned, a lifelong job has low possibility.
