Safety:  This is a very safety place. Most of the neighbors are Chinese, or people from Taiwan, Hong Kong.  You will meet many Chinese students at the bus stop.

 

Advantage: you can get the official sublease contract from the landlord;My roommate is a MSA student. She will live here in June. So you can consult with her about this program and the study.
