The first modifier "of all the possible disasters that threaten american agriculture" decided the sentence should use "most difficult" instead of "more difficult". I chose B also because "to analyze" is more concise than "for analysis" to intruduce an action.

Ithink OG said "maybe" and "probably" is exchangable, while "perhaps" is a little bit more formal than the other two.

after doing my research, i find probably=most likely, maybe=possibly, but uncertain. The og example happens to be such situation where you need superelative, but i dont think ETS prefers probably to maybe. you still need to distinguish the meaning that the sentence is trying to express.

be difficult to do sth. is better than be difficult for sth...isn't it?

then you don't have to worry about probably/maybe...

maybe 是較口語的用法，正式的話要用 perhaps

至於 probably，表示可能性偏大，中文通常翻譯為"很可能"，機率大於50%.

It should be acceptable if you put "maybe" in front of "the possibility" instead.
