个人觉的是一个diction的用法，force的意思较多，有力量，军队，军队的话意思是不对的，如果是力量的话非常抽象，显的akward，resist+名词winter比较清楚。

首先capability of（to不合适）；另外表示能力的话还是be able to；capability还有其他的意思比如容量，范围教广；with +名字在做插入语时，ETS是最不喜欢这样的结构。

一般都是使用capable of / be able to / can
